Maybe you can relate…

For years, on the outside I looked like I had it together - calm, capable, always showing up for others.

But inside, I was exhausted. Overgiving. Overcomitting - saying yes when I meant no. Ignoring the cues from my body to slow down.

Until one day, I couldn’t anymore.

The anxiety I’d pushed down for years rose to the surface. And one day, it all became too much, my body finally said no - in a way I couldn't override anymore. 

I told myself I was just burned out… but the truth was, my nervous system was stuck in survival mode.

It took me time and support to realise I wasn’t broken and there wasn’t anything ‘wrong’ with me. I was carrying years of conditioning, internalised pressure, fear of letting people down, and unprocessed emotions.

With support, I slowly began to unwind outdated patterns and processed life experiences that were weighing me down. And I started to rebuild a new way of being that actually honours who I am - my sensitivity, my pace, and my needs. 

Somatics taught me how to work with myself, not against myself.

This is the work I now hold space for. 

Somatics isn’t about fixing you or forcing change.

It’s about holding space for what’s real and present - to meet what your body has been quietly holding. To reconnect with your humanness.

A Somatic Exploration Journey session experience

Somatic Coaching (or as I like to call it, Somatic Exploration Journeys) is a body-led space to explore what’s been stuck or holding you back. Not from a place of fixing or digging at past stuff, but from deep listening, presence and attunement.

In this work, we step beyond conceptual understanding and overthinking, and instead we connect with the sensory experience within your body. We take a step into the unseen, into your felt sense and deeper feelings and sensations - a realm where anything is possible.

Here, we slowly cultivate steadiness and presence to notice, sense and feel what’s present for you, to metabolise what’s ready to be processed and met, and reconnect you to ways of being that feel more coherent and alive for you.

This isn’t about quick fixes, forcing change, or rushing through a list of topics.

It’s about cultivating a steady and stable foundation, building awareness and presence, gently unwinding what is ready to be met, and meeting what’s possible, one doable step at a time. 

    • Attuning and orienting to the present moment and your felt sense (feelings, sensations, images, impulses, instincts)

    • Creating the right conditions for your body’s natural intelligence to come online and do its mystical thing in the healing, transformation and growth process

    • Following your body’s lead by attuning to the wisdom and language of your body

    • Co-creating a nurturing, stable space to explore, somatically unwind, rewire, reorganise and move through stuck emotions, stressors and process undigested life experiences

    • Connecting to tangible and intangible sources of support

    • Honouring and working with right timing, right pacing, right relationship, and presence to support your nervous system’s capacity to heal and navigate change

    • Connecting to blueprints of empowered ways of being

    • Allowing spaciousness for noticing, satiation, stillness, silence, pause, integration (‘awkward’ silences are intentional and part of the experience)

    • Optional Reiki healing or Bush Flower Essences for extra energetic support

    These sessions go deep, allowing your cells space to rewire, reorganise and reconnect with parts of yourself ready for healing and transformation.

Practical Details

  • Somatics, at its core, is a return to the present moment and reconnecting to your body’s experience; not conceptually, but experientially as a lived experience.

    You’ve probably noticed it—that tightness in your chest, a lump in your throat, a heaviness that lingers for no reason, a memory that flashes back, the feeling like something is weighing you down. And maybe, you’re used to pushing through, thinking you just need to be stronger or more productive and it’ll all be fine.

    But what if those feelings are your body’s way of telling you something’s off or no longer aligned? What if those feelings are trying to show you how you can set yourself free?

    Somatic Coaching helps you unravel what’s beneath those sensations and hear what your body is trying to say.

    It is a remembering of our humanness, that our bodies are wise and mystical and know exactly how to heal and thrive (without our thoughts or conditioning getting in the way). Somatics is a weaving back into this natural intelligence and web of life.

    Rather than staying in the mind or overanalyzing the story/challenge you’re bringing, Somatic Coaching gently invites you to slow down and listen to your body’s cues.

    The sensations and feelings you feel aren’t random - they’re expressions from your body.

    In our work together, we focus less on fixing or performing, and more on building awareness and being present with what’s here to process that which feels stuck.

    This work may feel slower than what you might be used to, as it’s not about forcing change or quick fixes, instead we work with the pace of your nervous system. Nervous systems need a slow, relaxed pace for longer-term rewiring.

    We explore what you’ve been holding - like overworking, people-pleasing, or freezing up when life gets too much - not as flaws, but as intelligent, biological responses that your nervous system has learned over time.

    Somatics helps you unravel what’s no longer serving you, so you can move from reactivity to responsiveness. From pushing through… to trusting your own pace.

    It’s not about doing more, forcing change or “fixing”.

    It’s about learning to be with yourself in a new way.

  • Not at all. These sessions are guided and supported. You don’t need to know anything about the nervous system or somatics to begin. Just an open mind, and openness to connecting and working in an alternative way.

    • Navigating feeling burned out, anxious or stressed around work or career

    • Feeling lost in life and reconnecting with who you are and what makes you feel alive

    • Connecting to your intuition and your body’s wisdom

    • Building self trust and inner self confidence

    • Unravelling the feeling of being triggered or activated by a past situation/challenge

    • Reconnecting to your inner rhythms and cycles, living in connection with nature and feeling more grounded

  • Sustainable, lasting change doesn’t happen in a single session.

    This work is slow, intentional, and body-led — which means we honour right pacing, rather than rushing the process. Nervous systems require and rewire in slowness and steadiness.

    To support deep, regenerative growth, I generally recommend beginning with at least three sessions, spaced fortnightly or monthly, depending on what you’re navigating, and to begin noticing subtle shifts in your life.

    From there, we can adjust the frequency and flow based on what feels supportive for you.

About Rhi

I’m someone who’s always felt things deeply — emotions, subtle shifts. For a long time, I thought that made me “too sensitive” or “too emotional”. But over time, I’ve come to see it as one of my greatest strengths.

My work as a Somatic Space Holder and Reiki Master, is shaped by this sensitivity, as my quiet superpower. I’m a deep listener who’s intuitive yet present and grounded in reality.

I like to bridge the mystical, nature, witchy and spirituality realm with the practical — weaving together the softness of yin, the ability to zoom out and see the bigger picture to navigate modern life in a more attuned way.

My work draws from years of experience and training in somatic coaching, life coaching, meditation, yin yoga, sacred space holding, Reiki, and Australian Bush Flower Essences.

But more than that, it’s shaped by my lived experience. I know what it’s like to move through cycles of burnout, anxiety, impostor syndrome, feeling/being a bit different, and taking the unconventional path in life.

I hold space for women who are navigating transitional or tender seasons — not because they’re lost, but because they’re ready to live more fully. Those who are ready to cultivate inner steadiness, and move forwards with more presence and deeper trust in themselves and life itself.
