There’s only so much you can think your way to change.
Your body (aka your nervous system) also needs to be included in this process.
This is where somatic work comes in.
So, what is a Somatic Exploration Journey?
It’s a body-led, nervous-system based, and nature-inspired Somatic Coaching experience.
Unlike traditional talk therapy, we don’t stay in the story or context for the entire session. Instead, we bring your awareness to your bodily sensations and feelings, and we follow what feels present and ready to emerge.
This work is intentionally slow and spacious. To experience the changes you desire to experience, your nervous system needs space to reorganise, rewire and reconnect. It’s not something we rush.
In our 1:1 sessions, we:
build your nervous system’s capacity to be present with, hold and process distress, overwhelm or stuck emotions
step away from the analytical mind and into the body and your direct felt sense experience
slow down, notice and feel what’s actually happening in your body
work with sensation, feelings, instincts, intuition, images, memories (nothing is ever too ‘weird’ that comes up 🦄)
move towards, explore and feel what feels stuck or activating you, without bypassing or forcing
allow time and space for completion and integration within the body, so things can shift
We work with your direct, lived experience in your body. Experiencing what’s actually happening in your body.
This is not about fixing, diagnosing or digging up the past.
Instead, we follow and work with what’s present and ready to emerge and be met/felt.
Nothing is prescriptive; everything is always invitational.
Somatics works at a different pace and in a different way than usual talk therapy/coaching.
It’s normal for sessions to feel a bit awkward, clunky, and unfamiliar at first.
If you’re looking for a ‘quick fix’ or to bio-hack your way forward, the way I work probably isn’t the right fit for you, and that’s okay.
This work is for the woman who wants to slow down, get curious and explore her inner landscape, and is open to doing so with patience and self-compassion.
Where we allow for curiousity, right pacing, playfulness, stabilisation and spaciousness - this is where the magic happens 🧚🏻♀️
Multiple sessions are recommended for deep, embodied change to be felt.

Somatics, at its core, is a return to the present moment and reconnecting to your body’s experience; not conceptually, but experientially as a lived experience.
You’ve probably noticed it—that tightness in your chest, a lump in your throat, a heaviness that won’t shift, a memory that flashes back, the feeling like something is weighing you down.
These feelings, sensations, images, and instincts are your body’s way of communicating with you.
Somatic Coaching helps you unravel what’s beneath those sensations and hear what your body is trying to say.
Somatic work is a remembering of our humanness, that our bodies are wise and mystical and know exactly how to heal and thrive (without our thoughts or conditioning getting in the way). Somatics is a weaving back into this natural intelligence and web of life.
Rather than staying in the mind or overanalyzing the story/challenge you’re bringing, Somatic Coaching gently invites you to slow down and listen to your body’s cues.

Every session is different, as it depends on what is alive and present for you and where your body wants to take us.
Somatics is a moment to moment process, where your body takes the lead in taking us where it wants to go.
Our sessions will often have elements of:
Attuning and orienting to the present moment and your felt sense (feelings, sensations, images, impulses, instincts)
Co-creating the right conditions for your body’s natural intelligence to come online to explore, and somatically process undigested life experiences
Connecting and cultivating inner sources of support and stabilisation (resources)
Following your body’s lead
Allowing spaciousness for noticing, pausing, integration (‘awkward’ silences are part of the process)
Optional Reiki healing or Bush Flower Essences for extra energetic support (at an additional cost)

Navigating feeling burned out, anxious or stressed around work or career
Feeling lost in life and reconnecting with who you are and what makes you feel alive
Connecting to your intuition and your body’s wisdom

A single session can give you relief and insight - but deeper nervous system shifts needs spaciousness and ongoing support.
Somatic work works in layers, and each session builds on the last.
Depending on what you’re navigating, I generally recommend beginning with 3-6 sessions, spaced fortnightly to begin noticing subtle shifts in your life.
From there, we can adjust the frequency and flow based on what feels supportive for you and where you are at.
This work is slow, intentional, and body-led - which means we honour right pacing, rather than rushing the process.

How the Journey works…
Somatic Exploration Journey sessions are offered as ongoing 1:1 somatic coaching sessions.
Our sessions are between 75-90minutes and held online.
This isn’t a one-session “fix”. Nervous system capacity and inner reorganisation builds gradually through consistency, relational depth and stabilisation over time. Deeper inner shifts come from the accumulation of sessions, each one layering a little more stabilisation beneath you.
My approach:
People often describe working with me as gentle, down-to-earth, spacious and warm. There’s room to breathe and soften here, with nothing to perform.
I take an intuitive, holistic, personalised approach to somatic coaching. Each session is different, because you are different each time you arrive. We follow what arises in the present moment, with curiousity and openness; reconnecting you to nature’s way where everything unfolds in its own time. My approach is guided by my training in yin yoga, Somatics, holistic counselling and life coaching, parts work, Process Work, and Reiki energy healing.

About Rhi 🙋🏻♀️
I’m someone who’s always felt things deeply - emotions, subtle shifts. For a long time, I thought that made me “too sensitive” or “too emotional”. But over time, I’ve come to see it as one of my greatest strengths.
My work as a Somatic Space Holder and Reiki Master, is shaped by this sensitivity, as my subtle strength. I’m a deep listener who’s intuitive yet present and grounded in reality.
I like to bridge the mystical, nature, witchy and spirituality realm with the practical - weaving together the softness of yin, the ability to zoom out and see the bigger picture to navigate modern life in a more attuned, gentle way.
My work draws from 5 years of experience and training in somatic coaching, life coaching, meditation, yin yoga, sacred space holding, Reiki, and Australian Bush Flower Essences.
But more than that, it’s shaped by my lived experience. I know what it’s like to move through cycles of burnout, anxiety, impostor syndrome, feeling/being a bit different, and taking the unconventional path in life.
I hold space for women who are navigating transitional or tender seasons, not because they’re lost, but because they’re ready to live more fully. Those who are ready to cultivate inner steadiness, and move forwards with more presence and deeper trust in themselves and life itself.
