The Website is operated by Rhiannon Wihardjo (ABN 16 636 411 869). Access to and use of the Website, or any of its associated Products or Services, is provided by Rhiannon Wihardjo. Please read these terms and conditions (the 'Terms') carefully. By using, browsing and/or reading the Website, this signifies that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, you must cease usage of the Website, or any of the Services, immediately.
Rhiannon Wihardjo reserves the right to review and change any of the Terms by updating this page at her sole discretion. When Rhiannon Wihardjo updates the Terms, she will use reasonable endeavours to provide you with notice of updates to the Terms. By engaging with the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing throughout your engagement with the Services;

You will disclose to Rhiannon Wihardjo, prior to commencing any session, any health conditions, contraindications, or circumstances that may be relevant to your participation;

The Services are not appropriate for, and will not be provided to, individuals who are currently experiencing acute mental health crises, psychosis, or who require crisis intervention.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Results from the Services will vary from person to person. Rhiannon Wihardjo makes no representations or warranties regarding specific results you may experience from engaging with the Services.
ONLINE DELIVERY OF SERVICES
Some Services are delivered entirely online via video conferencing or other digital platforms. By engaging with the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection, appropriate device, and suitable private environment for sessions;
Rhiannon Wihardjo is not responsible for any technical difficulties, interruptions, or service outages caused by third-party platforms or your internet connection;
In the event of a significant technical disruption, Rhiannon Wihardjo will use reasonable endeavours to reschedule or continue the session at a mutually convenient time;
Sessions may take place across different time zones, and it is your responsibility to confirm and attend at the correct time in your local time zone.
SESSION RECORDING AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Sessions are not routinely recorded. If either party wishes to record any part of a session, explicit written consent must be obtained from the other party prior to recording.
Rhiannon Wihardjo will treat all personal information and content shared within sessions as confidential, subject to the exceptions outlined in the Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations (including mandatory reporting requirements). Confidentiality does not extend to situations where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
You agree not to record, share, reproduce, or publish any part of your sessions without the prior written consent of Rhiannon Wihardjo.
AI NOTETAKING
Rhiannon Wihardjo may use an AI-assisted notetaking tool during sessions to support accurate record-keeping and session preparation. The use of any such tool will always be disclosed to you prior to your session, and your explicit consent will be obtained at the start of the session. You have the right to decline the use of an AI notetaker at any time, and this will not affect the quality or availability of the Services provided to you.
Any notes generated through an AI notetaking tool are used solely for the purposes of supporting your sessions and are treated with the same confidentiality as all other session records. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for further information on how this data is collected, stored, and managed, including third-party processors involved.
ACCESS TO USE THE SERVICES
In order to access the Services, you must first purchase a session or program through the Website and pay the applicable fee for the selected service (the 'Service Fee').
In purchasing any of the Services, you acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to ensure that the service you select to purchase is suitable for your use and that you have undertaken your own due diligence.
As part of the registration process, or as part of your continued use of the Services, you may be required to provide personal information about yourself, including:
Full name and date of birth
Email address
Mailing address
Telephone number
Preferred username and password
You warrant that any information you provide to Rhiannon Wihardjo will always be accurate, correct, and up to date.
You may not use the Services and may not accept the Terms if:
you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with Rhiannon Wihardjo; or
you are a person barred from receiving the Services under the laws of Australia or other applicable countries, including the country in which you are resident or from which you use the Services.
YOUR OBLIGATIONS AS A CLIENT
As a client, you agree to:
Use the Services only for purposes permitted by these Terms and any applicable law, regulation, or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions;
Maintain the confidentiality of your password and/or login credentials. Use of your credentials by any other person may result in immediate cancellation of the Services;
Ensure that any registration information you provide is not shared with or used by any other person or third party;
Immediately notify Rhiannon Wihardjo of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security;
Only access and use the Website for your sole personal use in connection with the Services provided by Rhiannon Wihardjo. Access to and use of the Website is limited and non-transferable;
Not use the Services or the Website for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, including collecting email addresses of members by electronic means or for the purpose of sending unsolicited communications, or unsolicited framing of or linking to the Website;
Not use the Services or the Website in connection with any commercial endeavours except those specifically endorsed or approved in writing by Rhiannon Wihardjo;
Not record, reproduce, or share session content without prior written consent from Rhiannon Wihardjo;
Not use automated systems to access the Website or its Services;
Conduct yourself respectfully in all interactions with Rhiannon Wihardjo and any associated community spaces;
Engage honestly and openly with the process, understanding that the quality of your experience is influenced by your own participation and willingness.
PAYMENT
Payment for the Services (the ' Services Fee') may be made by:
Electronic funds transfer ('EFT') into our nominated bank account
Credit Card Payment
Stripe
Apple Pay
All payments made through the Website are processed using Stripe. In using the Website, you warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Stripe terms and conditions, which are available on their website.
You acknowledge and agree that where a request for payment is returned or denied for any reason, you are liable for any costs, including banking fees and charges, associated with the Services Fee. It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available and to keep your payment information current. We are not responsible for any fees associated with your bank such as failed payments due to insufficient funds.
In the event of failed payments, Stripe may automatically retry the deduction. We will allow a one-month grace period to rectify failed payments before discontinuing access to your account. After this period, all outstanding amounts must be paid before access is reinstated.
Rhiannon Wihardjo reserves the right to vary the Services Fee at any time, with reasonable notice provided where possible.
CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all sessions. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before a scheduled session may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session may result in a cancellation fee equal to the full value of that session.
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice may be charged a missed appointment fee equal to the full value of that session.
Rhiannon Wihardjo reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a rescheduled appointment at no additional cost.
REFUND POLICY
Rhiannon Wihardjo will only provide a refund of the Services Fee in the event that she is unable to continue providing the Services, or where she determines, at her absolute discretion, that a refund is reasonable under the circumstances.
We do not offer refunds due to a change of mind.
Partial refunds are not granted if you choose to cancel, terminate, or allow your membership to lapse due to unpaid amounts.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Website, the Services, and all related materials produced by Rhiannon Wihardjo are subject to copyright under the laws of Australia and through international treaties. Unless otherwise indicated, all rights (including copyright) in the Services and the compilation of the Website (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, video, audio, scripts, design elements, and interactive features) are owned by or licensed to Rhiannon Wihardjo.
Rhiannon Wihardjo retains all rights, title and interest in and to the Website and all related Services.
Nothing you do on or in relation to the Website will transfer any intellectual property rights to you, including but not limited to business names, trading name, trade marks, domain names, patents, registered designs, or copyright.
You may not, without the prior written permission of Rhiannon Wihardjo, broadcast, republish, upload, transmit, post, distribute, publicly display, adapt, or otherwise use any of the Services or materials for any purpose not expressly permitted by these Terms.

Any information provided through your use of the Website and/or Services is subject to Rhiannon Wihardjo's Privacy Policy, which is available on the Website. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in that Privacy Policy.
GENERAL DISCLAIMER
Nothing in the Terms limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, representations, or conditions implied or imposed by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, which by law may not be limited or excluded.
Subject to this clause, and to the extent permitted by law:
all terms, guarantees, warranties, representations or conditions which are not expressly stated in the Terms are excluded; and
Rhiannon Wihardjo will not be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential loss or damage, loss of profit or opportunity, or damage to goodwill arising out of or in connection with the Services or these Terms (including as a result of not being able to use the Services or the late supply of the Services), whether at common law, under contract, tort (including negligence), in equity, pursuant to statute, or otherwise.
Use of the Website and the Services is at your own risk. It is up to the individual to assess whether they are ready and capable of the Services that they have chosen. Everything on the Website is provided to you 'as is' and 'as available' without warranty or condition of any kind.
None of the affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contributors and licensors of Rhiannon Wihardjo make any express or implied representation or warranty about the Services or any products or Services (including the products or Services of Rhiannon Wihardjo) referred to on the Website, includes (but is not restricted to) loss or damage you might suffer as a result of any of the following:
failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, failure to correct defects, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or other harmful component, loss of data, communication line failure, unlawful third party conduct, or theft, destruction, alteration or unauthorised access to records;
the accuracy, suitability or currency of any information on the Website, the Services, or any of its Services related products (including third party material and advertisements on the Website);
costs incurred as a result of you using the Website, the Services or any of the products of Rhiannon Wihardjo; and
the Services or operation in respect to links which are provided for your convenience.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Rhiannon Wihardjo's total liability arising out of or in connection with the Services or these Terms, however arising, including under contract, tort (including negligence), in equity, or under statute or otherwise, will not exceed the resupply of the Services to you.
You expressly understand and agree that Rhiannon Wihardjo, her affiliates, employees, agents, contributors and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, however caused and under any theory of liability. This shall include, but is not limited to, any loss of profit (whether incurred directly or indirectly), any loss of goodwill or business reputation and any other intangible loss.
TERMINATION OF CONTRACT
The Terms will continue to apply until terminated by either you or by Rhiannon Wihardjo as set out below.
If you wish to terminate the Terms, you may do so by providing written notice to Rhiannon Wihardjo via the 'Contact' link on the Website and closing any accounts associated with the Services.
Rhiannon Wihardjo may terminate the Terms with you at any time if:
you have breached any provision of the Terms or intend to breach any provision;
Rhiannon Wihardjo is required to do so by law; or
the provision of the Services is, in the opinion of Rhiannon Wihardjo, no longer commercially viable.
Rhiannon Wihardjo reserves the right to suspend or cancel your access to the Website or Services at any time without notice if you breach any provision of the Terms or any applicable law or if your conduct impacts her name or reputation or violates the rights of any other party.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify Rhiannon Wihardjo, her affiliates, employees, agents, contributors, third-party content providers, and licensors from and against all actions, suits, claims, demands, liabilities, costs, expenses, loss, and damage (including legal fees on a full indemnity basis) arising out of or in connection with:
your use of the Website or Services;
any breach of these Terms by you; and/or
any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Website.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute, controversy, proceeding, or claim of whatever nature arising out of or in any way relating to these Terms shall be governed, interpreted, and construed under the laws of Queensland, Australia. The Terms shall be binding upon the parties and their successors and assigns.
